All about

I live with several health conditions, including fibromyalgia, POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), PTSD, postpartum OCD, and more. These experiences have shaped who I am today and deepened my connection to the spiritual world.
Welcome to my corner of the world! I’m a mom to four incredible boys, ranging from a busy 17-year-old to a lively 1-year-old. Life in my home is full of chaos, laughter, and endless love, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But like many moms, my journey hasn’t been without its challenges.
My spiritual journey began at a very young age. I’ve always been sensitive to the unseen, often seeing and hearing things that others couldn’t. As a young adult, I dabbled in the supernatural, exploring my curiosity and fascination with the unknown. However, it wasn’t until I turned 30 that I fully began to acknowledge the vastness of my spiritual gifts. My path led me to study tarot and pendulum work, where I first honed my intuitive abilities.

From there, I ventured into evidential mediumship, a practice that deepened my connection with Spirit and helped me realize the profound impact I could have on others’ lives. But it was when I discovered energy healing that I truly found my calling. This work allowed me to combine my psychic readings with the powerful healing energies I had been channeling, creating a holistic approach to spiritual wellness.
Because of my own experiences with both physical and emotional challenges, I’m passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative spiritual guidance can be, especially when combined with traditional therapy. Guided by Spirit, I can help you find the type of therapy that aligns best with your needs—whether it’s a conventional approach, a holistic path, or a blend of both.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live your most authentic life. Whether you’re seeking spiritual guidance, healing, or simply someone who understands, I’m here for you.
